FLK was established by guitarist Guillermo Martinez and vocalist Jessie Labriola before the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020, Joliet, IL. During lockdown, many songs were written by the two and drummer Mike Thompson was founded later on who helped the band debut their first show opening for Framing Hanley at the WC Social Club on June 12th, 2021. Since then the band continued to open for more national acts such as Picturesque, Outline In Color, Dead American, The Dead Deads, CKY, The Black Moods, Howling Giant, The Toxhards, and more to come.
